The world's only front-wheel-driver ever to flip the middle finger to muscle cars.

Not usually a fan of Toronadoes, but considering I've only seen one my entire life, I want one.

Such a pity too.  Oldsmobiles (especially Toronados) are rare these days...They belong on the road, not in the junkyard.

That's why no one wanted to keep them!

While I hate front wheel drive cars, the Toronado is different. It had a transverse transmission and a V8. It's basically a muscle car that can drive through snow like a fricking Ford Escort.

Yup, I love the way they look, but I just can't do front wheel drive, its like a vacuum that sucks all the fun out of a car.

Hehe I do agree. Although there are some cool FWD cars like the Peugeot 205GTI

What's so cool about the GTI? Especially when the 205 T16 was mid engined?

The hot hatchback thing in Europe was pretty popular because it felt like you were driving fast without going insanely fast but it wasn't really slow either. The MK1 golf has the same thing going for it. The T16 wasn't a cheap car and the only made a couple hundred, so it's not the same thing.
